Purpose-built fusible interlining, calibrated specifically for collar roll and cuff edge sharpness that holds through repeated ironing and washing.

Overview

A Step Up In Precision From General-Purpose Fusible

Standard fusible interlining works across a wide range of garment parts. Readymade collar & cuff is a different job — it is cut and calibrated specifically for the fold, roll and edge of a shirt collar and cuff, where any inconsistency shows up immediately on a finished garment.

We produce this category with tighter control over stiffness and edge behaviour than our general-purpose fusible line, because a collar has to do something a flat panel doesn't: roll cleanly at the fold, hold that roll after fusing, and keep a sharp edge through the iron, the wash and the wear.

  • Calibrated specifically for collar roll and cuff edge structure
  • Supplied readymade as die-cut, ready-to-fuse panels — or as roll form for your own cutting room
  • Consistent fuse quality across the full production run

Where It's Used

Built For Parts Where A Crisp Edge Is Expected

Any garment part where the customer's hand will feel the edge and the eye will judge the roll.

Formal Shirt Collars

Clean collar roll and point definition for dress and corporate shirting.

Casual Shirt Collars

Softer roll options for casual and semi-formal shirt styles.

Cuffs

Firm, straight edge that resists rolling or curling after fusing.

Plackets

Stable support for button plackets that face daily buttoning stress.

Features

What Makes It Different From General Fusible

Calibrated Stiffness

Set specifically for a clean, consistent collar roll — not a general-purpose average.

Edge Stability

Holds a sharp, straight edge through repeated pressing and ironing.

Consistent Fuse

Even bond across every panel, so collar behaviour doesn't vary piece to piece.

Pre-Cut Or Roll Form

Supplied as ready-to-fuse panels or as roll fabric for in-house cutting.

Benefits

What This Means For Your Production Line

Shirts Hold Their Silhouette

A collar that rolls correctly the first time keeps holding that shape wash after wash, not just off the iron table.

Fewer Quality Rejections

Consistent stiffness and fuse reduce collar and cuff-related rejections at inline and end-line inspection.

Meets Buying-House Standards

Edge sharpness and roll consistency built to match the quality expectations set for formal shirting orders.
