Fusible Interlining
Resin-coated interlining fabric built for a clean, even fuse — collar to cuff to placket — with the same bond quality on your 500th metre as your first sample.
A Resin-Coated Fabric Made To Bond, Not Just Sit On Top
Fusible interlining is a support fabric coated with a heat-activated resin on one side. Placed between the outer fabric and the fusing press, heat and pressure melt the resin into the weave of the shell fabric, bonding the two layers into a single, stable panel.
Done right, the fuse is invisible from the outside — no bubbling, no peeling at the edges, no stiffness that fights the drape of the garment. That result depends on two things: how evenly the resin is coated at the factory, and how the fusing press is set on your line. We control the first; we help you get the second right with every order.
- Even resin spread across the full roll width, not just the centre
- Consistent from the first metre to the last on every production run
- Manufactured in-house in Delhi since 1977, with batch-wise QC
Built For Structural Panels That Need A Clean Fuse
Fusible interlining is the standard choice wherever a garment panel needs shape and stability without added bulk.
Shirt Collars & Cuffs
A crisp collar roll and cuff edge that holds shape through ironing and wear.
Plackets
Stable button and buttonhole placket panels that resist rippling.
Jacket & Blazer Fronts
Fused chest and front panels that hold structure without adding stiffness.
Waistbands
Firm, even support for trouser and skirt waistbands under daily wear.
What Makes A Fuse Hold Up On The Line
A fusible interlining is only as good as its resin coating. We manufacture to keep three things in check on every roll that leaves our floor.
Even Resin Coating
Applied uniformly across the full roll width for consistent adhesion, edge to edge.
Bubble-Free Fuse
Clean bond when pressed at the settings recommended for your fabric and press.
Stable Hand-Feel After Fusing
Bonds without turning stiff or papery — the drape of the outer fabric stays intact.
Benefits That Show Up In Your Rejection Rate
Clean Finish, No Bubbling
A properly coated and correctly fused panel shows no bubbling or peeling at the seams or edges after pressing.
Fewer Rework & Rejects
Even resin distribution means fewer panels sent back from the fusing line for re-pressing or replacement.
Predictable Across Repeat Orders
The roll you reorder six months from now fuses the same way as the one you tested first — no re-tuning your press each time.
