Inside The Factory

Manufacturing Process

A look at how raw material becomes dispatch-ready interlining fabric on our Delhi production floor — the same six checkpoints on every run, whether it's a trial order or a repeat container.

Manufacturing Philosophy

Repeatability Is The Discipline, Not The Sample

Any workshop can produce one good metre of fabric on a good day. What a garment buyer actually needs is the 5th metre matching the 500th — same hand-feel, same width, same bond, order after order. That is the standard we build our floor around.

We hold that standard by controlling the variables that usually drift: the same raw material sourcing on every batch, the same machine settings logged and reused for a repeat order, and the same inspection checkpoints at every stage rather than a single check at the end.

  • Consistent raw material sourcing and grading before production starts
  • Machine settings held constant across a production run and repeat orders
  • Checkpoints at intake, production, finishing and packing — not just final inspection

How We Produce

Six Stages, Same Standard Every Time

From raw material intake to the dispatch bay, every roll passes through the same sequence of checkpoints before it leaves our floor.

01

Raw Material

Base fabric and resin are sourced against fixed specification and graded on arrival before anything is released to production.

02

Inspection

Incoming material is checked for width, weight per metre and colour consistency before it is cleared to enter the production line.

03

Production

Machines run to calibrated settings held constant across the batch, so output at the start of a run matches output at the end.

04

Finishing

Fusing, coating or calendering is applied as the product requires, with bond strength and finish checked across the width of the roll.

05

Packing

Finished rolls are wrapped to protect against moisture, creasing and abrasion, whether the shipment is moving by truck or by container.

06

Dispatch

Every packed order is matched against its original specification and paperwork before it is cleared to leave the floor.

Production Capability

Built For Bulk And Repeat Orders

Our production planning is built around ongoing, high-volume relationships with garment manufacturers and buying houses, not one-off small lots. That means batch settings, raw material sourcing and inspection routines are designed to hold steady across long production runs and to be reproduced accurately when you reorder months later.

When you place a repeat order, we work from the same specification and process record used on your original run — so onboarding a reorder does not mean re-testing a new batch from scratch.

  • Production scheduling structured for bulk and recurring orders
  • Batch specifications retained for accurate reorders
  • Firm delivery timelines confirmed at order confirmation

Quality Process

Checked At Every Stage, Not Just At The End

Manufacturing and quality control run alongside each other on our floor. Width, weight, colour and bond are checked during production, and again before packing, so a deviation is caught early rather than discovered after dispatch.

  • In-line checks during production, not only final inspection
  • Fusing tested for bond strength and wash durability
  • Packed orders verified against specification before leaving the floor
