Shoulder Pads
Moulded structural inserts that shape the shoulder line of blazers, suit jackets, coats and uniforms, produced to consistent shape and density from pad to pad.
Structure That Sets Behind Every Clean Shoulder Line
Shoulder pads are moulded inserts placed inside a jacket, blazer or coat to build and hold the shoulder shape the outer fabric alone cannot hold on its own. They sit at the point of the garment a buyer's eye goes to first — a jacket can be well cut everywhere else and still look wrong if the pad underneath is uneven or has gone flat.
Moulded consistency is the whole job here. A pair of pads that differ even slightly in curve, thickness or density will throw off the left-right symmetry of a finished garment, and that defect only shows up after the jacket is assembled — by which point the cost of the mistake has multiplied. We mould every pad to the same shape and density profile, run after run, so a left pad and right pad match, and so pad 5,000 in an order matches pad 1.
